  • If you still have problems when using Longo DVD Soft, just tell us your problem in detail, and click "Start"->"All Programs"->"Longo XXX"->"Export log file" (left click) to export the log file of our program.  For Mac programs click the file-->export log file , then attached the files to us, we'll analyze the files and give you more advice.
